This arrow tag is 152mm long and I think they were used to include in the passengers ticket/boarding pass folder to alert staff easily.
This was for identifying passengers who were members of airline clubs that were a part of the Star Alliance. Print-dated 3/99.
CONDITION: pointed tip slightly worn, else great.
